In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

To register and maintain a pt989 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be a natural person and a resident of Indonesia.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. pt989 enforces a strict 21+ policy and will request identity documentation to verify age during the KYC process.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be self-excluded from pt989 or any affiliated gaming platform, and you must not be subject to any court order or regulatory direction that prohibits you from engaging in online gambling.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party or as a professional player operating under a commercial arrangement not disclosed to pt989.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of pt989 or any of its technology, payment, or game-supply partners, unless prior written permission has been obtained from pt989 management.

To access pt989's paid gaming services, you must complete the registration process and create a single Account. By submitting your registration, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

The following rules apply to Account registration and ongoing Account management:

• One Account per person: Each individual may hold only one active pt989 Account. Registering multiple Accounts — under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate Accounts are detected, pt989 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.
• Accurate information: You must provide your legal name, valid email address, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, and a mobile phone number registered in Indonesia. You must keep this information up to date at all times.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. pt989 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to maintain password security.
• Login credentials: You must use a strong, unique password for your pt989 Account. pt989 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available on the platform.
• Account currency: All pt989 Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals.

pt989 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests and in response to any account activity that triggers our anti-money-laundering (AML) or fraud-detection procedures. The KYC process requires you to submit the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued Indonesian identity document — specifically your Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP) or a valid Indonesian passport.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter displaying your name and Indonesian residential address, dated within the past 90 days.
• Proof of Payment Method: Confirmation that the bank account or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja) used for deposits is registered in your legal name. For bank transfers, this typically means a screenshot of your mobile banking profile page showing your account name and number at BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, or another supported institution.

pt989 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days will result in Account suspension. All documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

pt989 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned (minus any applicable transfer fees) and the Account being suspended pending investigation.
• Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the pt989 deposit page and may vary by payment channel. These amounts are denominated in IDR and subject to change with reasonable notice.
• pt989 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, for which pt989 accepts no liability.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 60 seconds of confirmation by the payment network. If a deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, please contact pt989 support with your payment confirmation reference.
• pt989 reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit if it is received from an unverified payment source or if the deposit triggers AML monitoring thresholds.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own legal name and previously used to make a deposit on the Account. pt989 does not process withdrawals to third-party bank accounts or e-wallets.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is specified on the pt989 withdrawal page and is denominated in IDR.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15–60 minutes for verified Accounts during Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7) banking hours. Requests submitted outside WIB banking hours or on Indonesian public holidays may be processed the following business day.
• pt989 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to an extended review.
• Winnings derived entirely from Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal and will be removed from the Account balance.
• pt989 does not charge withdrawal fees. Bank transfer fees levied by the receiving financial institution are outside pt989's control and are the Player's responsibility.

pt989 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion as well as the general rules in this clause.

• Eligibility: Each bonus offer specifies its own eligibility criteria, including minimum deposit amount, eligible payment methods, qualifying game types, and eligible Player segments (e.g., new registrations only, or existing members of a specific loyalty tier).
• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The wagering multiplier, qualifying games, and time limit for each bonus are stated in the individual offer terms.
• Game contributions: Different game types contribute at different rates toward completing a Wagering Requirement. Live casino games and sports betting markets may contribute at a reduced rate compared to slots. Contribution rates are specified in each offer's terms.
• Bonus abuse: pt989 defines bonus abuse as any strategy — including but not limited to low-variance betting patterns, coordinated play across multiple accounts, or deliberate exploitation of offer mechanics — intended to extract value from bonus offers without genuine gameplay. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have Bonus Funds removed and may be permanently suspended.
• No cash alternative: Bonus Funds have no cash value until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been met. They cannot be transferred to another Account.
• Modification and withdrawal: pt989 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. Modifications will not affect bonuses already accepted and credited to an Account, provided the Player has not yet breached the offer's terms.

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on the pt989 platform. Product-specific rules — covering togel draw schedules and prize structures, sportsbook settlement procedures, bandar bola (football bookmaking) market rules, mix parlay (multi-match accumulator) terms, and live casino table procedures — are published separately within the relevant product section of the Platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. pt989 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed wagers except in circumstances where a manifest technical error is identified and reported by the Player within 24 hours of the affected event settling.
• pt989 reserves the right to void any bet where the underlying event has been subject to corruption, manipulation, or where the outcome was known to the Player at the time of placing the wager.
• In the event of a disagreement over the outcome of a bet or game round, the result recorded in pt989's server logs shall be considered authoritative. Players may raise a formal dispute through our support team within 72 hours of the relevant settlement.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all products and may vary by market, game, event, or Player Account tier. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface. pt989 reserves the right to adjust individual Account bet limits without prior notice where warranted by risk management considerations.
• pt989 game results are generated by certified RNG systems (for virtual and slots products) or determined by independently operated live dealer studios (for live casino products). All game studios supplying content to pt989 hold current certifications from accredited independent testing laboratories.

pt989 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following player-protection tools to all Account holders, available on request through our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit to your Account.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic alerts or session termination when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary restriction of Account access for a period of 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term closure of your Account where you feel gambling has become a problem. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of confirmation and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pt989 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform without pt989's prior written consent.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption of a sporting or gaming event.
• Using the pt989 platform for the purposes of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts for the purpose of circumventing self-exclusion orders, bonus restrictions, or bet limits.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with pt989.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a confirmed technical error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward pt989 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

All content on the pt989 Platform — including but not limited to the pt989 brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of pt989 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any pt989 content without prior written consent from the Company.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pt989 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure events, or actions of third-party service providers.
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• The accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information displayed on the Platform, including odds, game rules, and promotional content, which is provided for informational purposes only and subject to change.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

pt989 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder or a third-party responsible gaming authority.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Upon Account closure for cause, any Real Money Balance remaining after deduction of voided bonus winnings and funds under investigation may be returned to the Player's verified payment method at pt989's discretion, following the conclusion of any outstanding investigation.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account in good standing may contact pt989 support. Any Real Money Balance will be withdrawn to the Player's verified payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe, provided all Wagering Requirements on active bonuses have been settled or the bonus funds have been removed.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pt989 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pt989's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration body in that jurisdiction.

For Players resident in Indonesia, nothing in this clause shall affect your statutory rights under applicable Indonesian consumer protection law to the extent that such rights cannot be excluded by contract.

pt989 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email to the address registered on their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 calendar days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the pt989 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.
